Refund Policy
DAILY TOURS
All tours may be cancelled up to one week prior to guide trip for 100% refund. After this the guide trip will be refunded at 50% of the trip fee up until 48 hours prior to guide trip. Any trips cancelled 48 hours before trip will not be refunded. The only exception would be if Land Beyond Zion Tours must cancel due to extreme weather conditions which would make the trip unsafe. In this is the case clients will be refunded for 75% of the trip fee.
SHUTTLE CANCELLATION
We can't control the weather so unfortunately, shuttle trips can not be refunded. We can offer a change in date if we are available. Please book wisely. You can purchase private trip insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RETREATS ONLY!
Special event retreats require a 45 day cancellation for refund of 75%. There are no exceptions to this. Please find retreat insurance if you are concerned about attending. the event. We will do our best to work with you to help make sure you can attend a later retreat or transfer to someone else if you contact us within 30 days of the retreat.
